Q. Do I pay delivery charge for each item?
A. You only pay a delivery charge for each order, no matter how big!

Delivery Prices Are:
Order Under £10 – £1.95
Order £10 - £20 - £2.95
Order £20 - £250 – £4.95
Order Over £250 – FREE

Q. If part of my order is out of stock, do I have to pay a delivery charge when each item is sent?
A. No!

Q. Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?
A. You are charged as soon as you purchase but if the goods are not to your satisfaction e-mail Planet Outdoor for returns or visit in store so you can try before you buy.

Q. What about if the goods are the wrong size or I just don’t like them?
A. Return them within 10 days and we will give you a full refund, including your postage.

Q. What is a Card Security Code?
A. The card security code is a three digit number on the reverse of your card low on the signature strip. It is the last three digits. This code gives added protection when shopping online, as it is not printed anywhere and does not appear on receipts.
